Structural characterization and antioxidant activities of polysaccharides from <i>Angelica dahurica</i> as extracted by optimized ultrasonic-assisted method

The study aimed to select the best extraction technology of Angelica dahurica polysaccharides (ADP), characterize its structure, and antioxidant activity. On basis single-factor experiment result, ultrasonic-assisted (UAE) ADP was ameliorate using response surface method. optimal conditions were: time 32 min, temperature 74°C, ratio water material 19 mL/g, power 270 W. practical rate 11.21 ± 0.12% (g/g). C-1: Not clear?? g/s??? purified by column chromatography, then three polysaccharide fractions (ADP-H, ADP-0.1 ADP-0.3) were obtained DEAE-Cellulose 52. mainly composed D-Mannose, D-Glucose, D-Galactose, L-Arabinose, ADP-H D-Galacturonic acid, ADP-0.3 L-Rhamnose, D-Galactoe, L-Arabinose. molecular weights ADP-H, 1.01 × 104 Da, 1.45 107 Da 6.96 106 Da. In addition, have certain scavenging ability DPPH free radical, hydroxyl radical ferric reducing power, which can be used as natural products antioxidants.
